really good website from nottingham university showing short video clips about each element. includes some of the rarer ones. unfortunately blocked in school but well worth a visit at home. thanks to mr rogers for the link.

mrs moulton recommends this site as a great resource for science videos and lectures. note that lots of the videos are shown via youtube and so are blocked at school. but there’s loads of biology, chemistry and physics stuff. well worth a look.

this video is about 50 minutes long but is worth watching as an introduction to the phenomenon of global dimming. video here. may be best to watch it at home rather than in school (network streaming issues).
