free science lectures and videos
Posted by: woodchurchscience in biology, chemistry, ks3, ks4, moulton, physics, videomrs moulton recommends this site as a great resource for science videos and lectures. note that lots of the videos are shown via youtube and so are blocked at school. but there’s loads of biology, chemistry and physics stuff. well worth a look.

The way I get around using the youtube videos is to choose the video, then go to KeepVid and copy the youtube address. KeepVid will take the address and convert the file to a file you download and save as an flv file. Then there are programs to change the flv file into something else, or just play the flv file.
I am doing it in my science class to show some videos and it the students love it!
